We've been offered cake by Eric Engelhard,
and will be bringing veggies and/or other
snacks.
- Capital Public Radio
Underwriting
We've decided to put off underwriting CPR
for now, because of the cost.
- California 4H Presentation
LUGOD was invited to present about Linux
to kids during a 4H convention at UCD.
Henry has offered to do the talk (what is
Linux? why should you care?)
- Search Engine
LUGOD's search engine has been updated and
should be'working well. Requests have been
made to Henry to have it ignore the
'printable' duplicates of pages, and to
exclude mailing list archives when searching
the main site (at least as an option).

- Installfest RSVP Form
Tweaks need to be made to the form mailing
system to make sure RSVPs are getting to
Rusty. Henry's looking into it.
- Sac. Linux Consortium
Bill will continue persuing the creation
of a Sacramento Linux Consortium, made
up of LUGOD, SacLUG and RoseLUG, with the
purpose of having a small, shared,
"hub" website which can be advertised,
etc., and which links to the three groups'
actual website and lists upcoming events.
- LERT
Unfortunately, one person sent a message
to "lert@lugod.org" and never got a response.
We're going to get back to him now.
- Finances
Books still need balancing.
