Working with Valley Oak Charter

Valley Oak Elementary school in Davis is being closed by the district, but there are hopes to turn it into a charter school, with a technology magnet. At Farmer's Market, during Software Freedom Day, LUGOD members spoke with volunteers from Valley Oak Charter about Linux and Open Source, and they're very interested in the topic.
