How Do I Get Support?

• If you purchase a packaged "distribution" of Linux, you will most likely be able to get support from the people who made that distribution.

• There are also many Linux Users' Groups ("LUG's") which are made up of people who use or are trying to use Linux.

• Linux is also heavily documented. There are many "HOW-TO"'s available which will help you get things set up.

• You can ask questions on Internet "newsgroups" (which are like public message boards) and chat areas.

• There are many books available that explain how to use Linux, including "for Dummies" and "Idiot's Guide" books.

• Finally, there are a number of great Linux magazines.
