    • $22.00 in donations were collected.
    • Financial documentation is up-to-date on lugod.org/devnull/
    • At long last, we've received a response from the California Franchise Tax Board (CAFTB). We are officially a tax-exempt group in CA. However, the letter lists our starting date as 3/9/2010, whereas our non-profit status with the IRS was as of 3/9/2000. Greg thinks it's likely that they mistyped, and will contact them for clarification.
  • Officer Elections — Nominations for elected officers (root=president, sys=vice-president, typescript=secretary, and /dev/null=treasurer) are now open. If you'd like to nominate yourself, or someone else, for a position, please email the club secretary, Andrew Roach, at typescript@lugod.org.
