• Give-Aways — We gave away four copies of Knoppix Hacks and six copies of Linux Multimedia Hacks (both written by our guest speaker), courtesy of O'Reilly & Associates.

• Financial Report — $18.00 in voluntary dues were collected.

• Kyle Ranking, author of Linux Multimedia Hacks demonstrated DVD authoring using user-friendly graphical tools under Linux.
