Coming from outside Davis

Davis is just west of Sacramento, in the Central Valley of California.

From Sacramento

• Take highway 80 west towards San Francisco.
• Once in Davis, take highway 113 north towards Woodland.
• Follow the instructions below

From Woodland

• Take highway 113 south towards Davis
• Follow the instructions below

From the Bay Area

• Take highway 80 east towards Sacramento.
• Once in Davis, take highway 113 north towards Woodland.
• Follow the instructions below

Once on Highway 113

• Take the Hutchison Dr. exit head east, towards the center of campus.
• Parking lots VP40 and P41 are on the right, before Bioletti Way.
• Giedt Hall is down Bioletti Way, on the left side.

Coming from Downtown Davis

• Get to Anderson Blvd., using Covell Blvd. or Russel Blvd. (aka 5th Street)
• Turn left (southbound) onto La Rue, to enter UC Davis campus.
• Turn left (eastbound) onto Hutchison Drive.
• Parking lots VP40 and P41 are on the right, before Bioletti Way.
• Giedt Hall is down Bioletti Way, on the left side.
• See parking info, below.

There is metered parking right next to the building. After 5pm, parking is available in nearby campus lots:

• P44, south of Kemper Hall (at Bioletti Way and Bainer Hall Dr.)
• P41, northwest of Giedt Hall (on Hutchison Dr.)
• VP40, west of P40 (also on Hutchison Dr.)

Note: Parking on UC Davis campus does cost money on weekdays! (As of May 2005, parking costs $6.00.)
You may wish to park off-campus and walk to Giedt Hall, or carpool with those willing to park on campus.

Unitrans

UC Davis Unitrans buses serve the city of Davis, and have many stops on campus.

• A Line stops at Hutchison on Bioletti Way:

• Route 42A (coming from Sacramento and West Sacramento, and heading towards Woodland and Sacramento International Airport) stops at the Memorial Union at UC Davis:

  Around the meeting start (6:30pm) at: 5:31pm and 6:31pm.
  Around the meeting end (9:00pm) at: 8:29pm and 9:29pm.

• Route 42B (coming from Sacramento International Airport and Woodland, and heading towards West Sacramento and Downtown Sacramento) stops at the Memorial Union at UC Davis:

  Around the meeting start (6:30pm) at: 6:11pm.
  Around the meeting end (9:00pm) at: 10:00pm.

• Route 43
