Speaker and topic change for tonight's meeting

Our originally-scheduled speaker, Owen Delong of Hurricane Electric, is under the weather and can't make it to Davis to speak tonight. In lieu of the "IPv6" talk that was scheduled, Brian Lavender has offered to do a talk on "Using Genetic Algorithms to do Network Intrusion Detection."
