Club changes

At last night's meeting [http://www.lugod.org/meeting/past/2008.03.17.php], LUGOD members voted to change our bylaws [http://www.lugod.org/objectives/bylaws.html] to end our long-running lending library [http://www.lugod.org/library/]. The rules for officer [http://www.lugod.org/members/officers/] was also changed. In the past, nominations opened after Daylight Savings changes, but due to last year's change in Daylight Savings rules, the officership periods were no longer 6 months long. In the future, they will occur in April and October. Finally, a consensus was made to start LUGOD meetings [http://www.lugod.org/meeting/upcoming/] at 7:00pm, rather than 6:30pm.
