Installfest room change

Our Installfest [http://www.lugod.org/if/] will, in fact, last until 6:00pm. We've reserved Room 1127 of Kemper Hall at UC Davis (which is adjacent to 1131, where we typically hold them). Additionally, we are tentatively planning another Installfest this month, on Saturday October 20th.
