GTC and WEF updates

Along with the Government Technology Conference, LUGOD is also hoping to attend the Whole Earth Festival at UC Davis in May. To that end, some new information has been posted to our WEF project page [http://www.lugod.org/projects/wef/] (as well as to the GTC project page [http://www.lugod.org/projects/gtc/]).

A volunteer is needed immediately to coordinate our presence at WEF, as the deadline to apply as an educational exhibitor [http://wef.ucdavis.edu/education2006.html] is April 1st!
