Treasurer and VP positions
Posted 2017-01-18 19:55:00
Tim Thatcher, our treasurer, offered to nominate himself for the vacant vice president ("sys") position, if someone else would be willing to step in as treasurer ("/dev/null"). Will Marshall nominated himself at this week's general meeting, and both positions were accepted by those in attendance with no objection. (No vote was held, since both were running unopposed.) Congratulations and thanks!
That said, LUGOD is still in need of a president! If you're interested in nominating yourself or someone else, email typescript at lugod.org.
