Project Reports

• Installfests — The next IF is not scheduled, but will probably be after the 10 year anniversary meeting (which will be on January 19th). Corresponding with our 10 year anniversary, Alex has decided we should call this event our "100th Installfest," and do something festive.
• LERT — No news.
• Library — Melissa Danforth said CSU Bakersfield's CS dept. iis interested in programming references, networking books, and basic Unix/Linux admin/user guides, and are willing to pay shipping. So we'll hopefully donate some titles to them, bring the rest to the 10th annversary meeting in January, and figure out what to do with the rest after that.

Other Business

• News — LUGOD's 10th anniversary will be on January 19th.
• Domain Name — LUGOD.org domain was to expire in February. Bill renewed it for 5 years (at a cost of about $55).
• Financial Report — $43.49 in voluntary dues were collected.

Presentation

• Paul Lancaster from GoGrid, a company that provides cloud hosting and management tools, talked about what 'the cloud' is, what kinds of services and providers are out there, and where GoGrid fits.
