Over 65 presentations and 75 projects were showcased at the April 2006
Gelato ICE: Itanium Conference & Expo, the only event dedicated to
advancing the Linux on the Itanium architecture. Presentations and
posters from the conference can be found at

Also during the event, Intel announced several new beta opportunities:
a new parallel programming model, Intel Thread Checker, and Intel
VTune Performance Analyzer for Linux. See
