Well, wait, actually.  Does the Win32 versions of ImageMagick /also/ have
a GUI?

Yes, I tested it this morning. It even auto-installs an item in the start menu. Unfortunately, it would only let me save images as jpg. I'm assuming I just didn't have the libraries to support conversion to other formats, but I wasn't going to take the time to figure that out...
