I own Rune; it demands at least 512MB of total memory (combined
physical and swap - on Linux 2.4.x it's total swap).  I didn't have
nearly that much swap on my HD, so it would crash consistently before
I could get to the second level (often before I could even start the
first).  I bought a new HD recently, and took care to put a huge swap
on there, but I haven't had the chance to play it since then.
