This was in the httpd.conf that came with RedHat 8's apache conf.  It
was just commented out when I got ahold of it.

<Location /server-info>
   SetHandler server-info
   Order deny,allow
   Deny from all
# CHANGE NEXT LINE
   Allow from <your-ip> 
</Location>
