rusty, on my system, i vied /etc/apt/sources.list and changed every
occurance of "potato" to "woody".
alternatively, you can change every occurance of "stable" to "unstable".
next,
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade <-- you'll need to do this like 3 or 4 times. you'll
know when to stop because it'll say "no bytes
downloaded"
i'm pretty sure this is the instructions that henry gave me. it took about
3 hours on a DSL line to download and configure.
