I can't think of one good reason to ban telecommuting for a position like this.  We have webcams.  We have telephones.  We have the Internet.  It's just backwards management thinking to not allow developers to telecommute.

Technical Requirements:
* Python, C, HTML, Canvas, CSS, _javascript_
* Can run Unix in a virtual machine
* Can use Git even if you don't think the world needs another version
control system
