Design/develop/ongoing support of Linux networking kernel/driver software
for Infniband/10GE host channel adapters. Candidate must have demonstrated
deep understanding of Linux OS and Linux networking. The job involves
development in the Infiniband and server virtualization areas. Must have
demonstrated expertise in Ethernet and IP technologies and Linux kernel
development engineering environment

Cisco Systems -Senior Software Engineer -750794

The candidate needs to have as part of his carrier path at least one INT13
based and/or PXE BIOS extension developed for a device with wire speed
minimum 1Gbps within the last max 2-3 years. Extensive assembly language and
Intel processor architecture knowledge required. Design/develop/ongoing
support of Storage (INT13 based) and PXE BIOS Extensions for Infiniband

Understanding of the various BIOS architectures. 
Knowledge of the various OS boot sequences
 BSEE/CS or equivalent with 10+ years relevant experience in internetworking
technologies and applications (759140)


Cisco Systems, Inc. - Software Engineer Technical Lead - 742849

We are looking for a candidate with strong systems background with hands on
experience of Linux kernel to develop a new generation of network solutions,
integrated with Cisco products as well as third party products.

Knowledge of UNIX internals, drivers, systems programming, computer
architecture, and networking essentials required. 
Design experience with high performance socket libraries, inter-process
communications and multi threaded communication architectures. 
Expert level experience in C/C++ development and performance optimization.
Experience in scalable, fault-tolerant, highly available systems is a plus.
Experience with real-time systems is a plus.
BSEE/CS or equivalent with 10+ years relevant experience in internetworking
technologies and applications. (742849)
