[vox-announce] Linux demo on Software Freedom Day, Saturday,September 10th

The Linux Users' Group of Davis (LUGOD), will be holding a demonstration
of the Linux operating system and Open Source software on:

  September 10th, 2005
  8:00am - 1:00pm

The demonstration will be held at:

  Davis Farmer's Market
  Central Park
  4th and C Streets
  Davis, CA 95616


  Members of the Linux Users' Group of Davis will be participating in
  international Software Freedom Day ( http://www.softwarefreedomday.org/ ),
  by holding a demonstration of Linux and other Free and Open Source software.
  Drop by and learn how you can bring the fun back into computing by
  joining the dynamic, worldwide community of computer enthusiasts and
  professionals who use Linux.  Free software and information will be
  available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  People with all levels of computer experience are welcome!
  Just drop by and ask questions and try out our demonstration systems!
