The Linux Users' Group of Davis (LUGOD), will be holding a meeting on:

  6:30pm - 9:30pm
  (Doors open at 6:00pm; please try to arrive on-time!)

The topic will be:

  CrossOver Office & CrossOver Plugin

  presented by: Francois Gouget, CodeWeavers

    CodeWeavers provides products and services that help people make the
    transition from Windows to Linux by making it possible to run Windows
    applications under the Linux environment.

    CrossOver Plugin allows Linux users to enjoy Windows-centric web content,
    such as Windows Media Player, QuickTime and Shockwave.

    CrossOver Office makes it possible to run productivity applications such
    as Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes, without the need for dual-booting
    between Windows and Linux, or even running a Windows environment within
    Linux (such as with VMWare).
