[vox-announce] Officers Elected / Bylaw changes made

At last night's LUGOD meeting, officer elections were held.

Nominations included:

  root       - Pete Salzman
  sys        - Henry House (declined), Mike Simons
  typescript - Melissa Hardenbrook
  /dev/null  - Rhonda Bailey (declined), Henry House


So, running unopposed, and with no objections or last-minute nominations,
our newly elected officers are:

  Pete Salzman, root (Chairperson)
  Mike Simons, sys (Vice Chair)
  Melissa Hardenbrook, typescript (Secretary)
  Henry House, /dev/null (Treasurer)

Also, the bylaw changes proposed by Peter Salzman prior to last night's
meeting were unopposed.  The list of changes are outline in the meeting
